Job-related tasks

Participate in the development and continuous improvement of our service offering by analyzing market potential;

Develop business opportunities and build potential customer books;

Make calls to generate client meetings, prepare and present at meetings and conclude profitable agreements;

Collaborate on sales meetings with the business development team in order to prepare the analysis of results, process optimization and preparation of tenders;

Represent the company during promotional activities, galas and forums;

Job-related tasks

Participate in developing a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure adherence to best practices within the organization;

Identify, monitor and communicate all business opportunities and trends to our customers and partners to generate business growth and increase sales;

Participate in the development and improvement of our business processes, work methods and develop new initiatives to anticipate emerging customer needs and stay abreast of market trends;

Resolve customer complaints and follow up on them in a continuous improvement approach;

Collect and consolidate information and data from customers and partners necessary to develop a comprehensive and qualitative plan of customer experience strategies in the short / medium and long term;
